    Our skincare line is intended for direct application to the face, hair and/or body, making it a personal-use item. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened products.

  3. Order Issues or Damaged Products

    • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We may request photographs of the damaged package or incorrect items to help us address your concerns promptly.

    • Any resolutions provided will be at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
